With proper care, our lashes can last up to 20+ wears. Always remove them gently and store them in their tray between uses.

Yes. Our lashes are designed to be lightweight, durable, and reusable. Avoid mascara on the fibers and clean off any dried glue after each wear.

Gently remove the lash from the tray, measure it against your eye, and trim from the outer corner if needed. Apply a thin layer of lash adhesive to the band, wait 30 seconds until tacky, then place along your natural lash line and press to secure.

Our lashes are made from soft, premium fibers and are designed to feel lightweight for all‑day wear. When applied and removed correctly, they are gentle on your natural lashes. If you have sensitive eyes, we recommend patch‑testing your adhesive first.

After each wear, gently peel off leftover glue from the band and avoid soaking the lashes in water. Do not apply mascara directly to the lash fibers. Store them in their original case to keep their shape and protect them from dust.

We carefully prepare each order before it leaves our studio. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can stay updated on your package.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within a set time frame. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
